General Below Market Rate (BMR) Information

What are the income limits?

Program 1: Income of 60% AMI (Area Median Income), ranges from $89,450 for one person up to $124,000 for a five-person household.

Program 2: Income of 110% AMI (Area Median Income), ranges from $107,350 for one person up to $165,600 for a five-person household.
