Affordable Housing Information
Prospective residents wishing to apply for an income-restricted apartment at Luce Apartments must complete an application and be income and asset certified prior to move-in. It is the responsibility of the property to determine eligibility for the affordable housing program. Prospective residents should inquire directly with the Leasing Office regarding current availability. All household members applying must disclose all sources of income and have their income and assets verified before signing a lease.
